1. Exchange & Return Period

You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging.

2. Exchanges (Size or Color)

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, a courier will deliver the new item and collect the original one.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.

3. Returns (Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Orders)

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or a size or color different from what you originally ordered, NOVA will cover all shipping and return costs.

You can choose between a full refund or an immediate exchange.

4. How to Request an Exchange or Return

- Your order number.
- The reason for your exchange or return.
